*To order a prescription item, we require a valid prescription written by a doctor. We require the prescription to be faxed or mailed to us once the order is placed.*

You will only need to set up a profile if you choose to order.

You can simply call our toll free number at 1-800-501-4214 and one of our customer service representatives will be pleased to take your order.
FAX ORDERS:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your order includes a prescription product, we require your prescription to be sent to us before we can fill your order.
Fax or mail your prescription to our toll-free fax number with your order confirmation number written on the top of the prescription. Once this has been received, we will process your order.
**Note that we cannot process your order until we have received your prescription(s), so we do encourage them to be faxed rather than mailed.
Once your prescription is received, it will take 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and another 8-12 business days for delivery.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order has been received. Once the order is shipped you will be sent a second e-mail with the delivery confirmation number.
